Senior Partner and Head of Family
Paul is a solicitor and senior partner. Having been a matrimonial specialist more years than he cares to remember Paul now concentrates on all aspects of running the business.
Andrea Waring
Partner and Head of Property
Andrea is a partner solicitor dealing with residential and commercial property. Andrea is a specialist property lawyer with over 25 years’ experience. Andrea has worked in the Waterside since 1998 and therefore has substantial experience of this area. Andrea however also has high net worth clients living in London and throughout the country.
Matthew Knight
Associate Solicitor and Head of Private Client
Matthew is a senior solicitor and has been at the firm since its inception in 2010. Matthew is a local man having been educated at King Edward VI in Southampton before going to Oxford University. Matthew is a pre-eminent expert in Wills Probate and Trust law. Matthew is also a Notary Public.
Gwyneth Allsopp
Consultant Solicitor
Gwyneth is a solicitor consultant working on a part time basis. Gwyneth is extremely experienced and has previously owned her own practice.
Reece Roath
Solicitor
Reece is a solicitor who joined the firm in as a newly qualified solicitor in 2022 and is based in our Totton office but who sees clients from both Totton and Hythe offices. Reece specialises in Private Law Children cases, as well as Divorce and Finances.
Rebecca Freeman
Senior Conveyancing Executive
Rebecca is a very experienced senior conveyancing executive working out of our Totton office. Rebecca joined the firm in 2019 and is very well respected locally. Rebecca is the lead conveyancer in the Totton office and compliments a very experienced team already there.
Lynn Freeman
Conveyancing Executive
Lynn was in the property team of a large Channel Island firm before relocation to Hampshire in 2024. Lynn has transitioned to Property work on the mainland and now has her own caseload. Lynn is shortly starting training to become a Licenced Conveyancer.
Sue Bullivant
Senior Assistant
Sue is based at the Hythe office and has a back office role working on pre and post completion work. Sue is an extremely experienced member of staff.
Michele Bennett
Senior Conveyancing assistant
Michele Bennett works out of our Totton office and deals with residential sales and purchases supporting Andrea Waring
Sara Green
Senior Family Assistant
Sara works for Reece doing matrimonial work and also assists with property work at the Hythe office.
Jenny Jewell
Senior Conveyancing Assistant
Jenny assists the property team in Hythe and particularly post completion issues.
Jayne Shefferd
Senior Private Client assistant
Jayne is a extremely experienced assistant and works for Matthew Knight and the property team. Jatne divides her time between the Hythe and Totton offices.
Lisa Essery
Conveyancing assistant
Lisa is in the administration team and supports both Totton and Hythe offices. Lisa is primarily responsible for file opening for both offices.
Camilla Luke
Conveyancing Assistant
Camilla joined us in 2025 having worked in the area having worked in marketing for a large regional law practice and more recently as part of the conveyancing support team for a local firm. Camilla is based in our Totton office and supports Rebecca Freeman.
Christine Pomeroy
Conveyancing Assistant
Christine has recently joined us having worked at a local law firm for over 20 years. Christine is an extremely experienced conveyancing team member and supports Rebecca Freeman.
Becca Ward
Assistant
Becca is a recent Law graduate and has been supporting the conveyancing team in Hythe. Becca has accepted the position as Trainee legal Executive starting in September 2025 when she will be based in the property department in Hythe.
Amanda Sawyer
Receptionist
Amanda has recently joined us having worked for many years as a health care assistant in Doctors surgeries. Amanda works full time as a receptionist in Hythe. Whilst she is new to law she is very experienced in dealing with clients sensitively and confidentially.
Mandy Netherwood
Accounts Manager
Mandy is our accounts and office manager. Mandy has worked with Paul and Andrea for over 20 years and has extensive experience of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and also practice financial management.
