We have an immediate vacancy for a receptionist/secretary in our Hythe Office

This is a full-time role for a receptionist in our Totton office. The candidate will work as receptionist in our extremely busy Hythe office and will also have an additional secretarial and admin support role. Experience working in a law firm is essential.

The role requires somebody with energy and enthusiasm and a desire to learn and progress. The role will suit somebody who has excellent interpersonal skills and who enjoys a lot of client contact.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a legal practice
  • excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using IT and case management software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relevant educational qualifications in law or related fields are beneficial. Training will also be provided for the right candidate and ongoing training will be provided in eg. Compliance, AML, Cyber security, legal practice and procedure updates.

We have an immediate vacancy for a Private Client specialist working out of both the Hythe and Totton offices.

The vacancy has arisen as a result of an overwhelming level of new work. The successful candidate will be experienced in Wills, Probate, Intestacy, LPAs, tax planning and trusts and be able to demonstrate accomplished drafting skills. They will be able to work unsupervised and manage their own caseload. IT literacy is a pre-requisite. The right candidate will be a team player with excellent inter personal skills.
